One of the highest rainfall areas in the world, Hilo can experience wet weather almost 300 days a year. These rain forest conditions present a challenging environment for growing coffee. When managed properly however, the result is a floral, sweet, and deep offering we believe may surprise even the seasoned Hawaiian coffee connoisseur.  

Unfortunately, the extremely small yields from this micro lot make this offering difficult to provide year-round. We believe that its rarity, along with an amazingly well-rounded flavor profile, will create a dedicated (and patient) following.
